By purchasing art from me, purchaser (“you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, you may not purchase my art.
For violating these rules your account will be blacklisted and you will be banned from further commissions.
Keep in mind that English is my second language. Slang or very specific terms can confuse me, so please keep it to minimum. If I’ll have problems with understanding,
I’ll inform you.I WILL NOT DRAW:
◾ Extreme gore.
◾ Hardcore kinks.
◾ Exact copies of other artists or artworks.
◾ Realistic character style or any style too far from mine.
◾ NSFW with children, animals and real people.
◾ Themes that go against my morals, such as anything disrespectful, discriminatory, violent, hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, etc.
◾ I reserve the right to decline a commission if it’s uncomfortable due to any personal reasons. Though that’s very unlikely to happen, so feel free to ask!I RESERVE RIGHTS TO:
◾ Retain copyright to every artwork I create which means I have rights to post it, use in a portfolio, etc., unless you specifically ask for it to be private.
◾ Cancel an order due to hostile behavior, lack of feedback or delays to begin the commission for up to 3 weeks.
◾ Hinder the commission priority due to long response times from the client.
◾ Not be held responsible for any possible allegations of copyright infringement. The client's responsibility is to understand the rules and terms
concerning all third-party materials being used as subjects of the commission.MY RESPONSIBILITIES:
◾ To be respectful and follow the guidelines presented in the terms of service.
◾ To reply between 1-5 business days and/or notify you of any known issues regarding message reception.
◾ Deliver the commission within an established time frame and/or notify the client of any unforeseen circumstances.
◾ Report periodical updates of the commission (2 weeks max).YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
◾ To be respectful and follow the guidelines presented in the terms of service.
◾ To reply between 1-5 business days and/or notify me of any known issues regarding message reception. Otherwise the commission priority will be hindered.
◾ You’re allowed to modify my original artworks by yourself or with the help of another artist but with original art credit to me.
◾ You're not allowed to delete my signature.
◾ You’re allowed to use commission for any personal non-commercial purposes.
◾ You’re not allowed to use commission for any commercial or political purposes (including advertising and promotion)
until you contacted me to discuss commercial arrangements.
◾ You cannot resell, transfer or redistribute the ownership of any of my commission work (Nor as NFTs).
◾ You cannot use my commission for AI processing.
◾ You must credit me as the artist.COMPLETION TIME:
If there's no commission queue, it usually takes me 2-8 weeks to finish one project.
But have in mind that completion time may vary, and will depend on the complexity of the picture, time restrains and my workload.
If you want to receive your commission by a certain deadline, it may cost extra money and is discussed individually.ORDERING PROCESS:

If the deadline is very short I can decline a commission depending on the complexity of the piece or will apply a rush fee.

If we agree on everything, I send you a payment link and proceed to work after full payment or half of it (in case of a payment plan).
◾ I accept payment via Boosty.
◾ NO REFUND.
◾ The payment is required to be made within 48 hours of receiving the payment link.
◾ If you have any problems with the payment process, it is important that you let me know.
◾ If payment is being ignored, I have the right to cancel your commission.WORK PROCESS:
◾ During the work process, I’ll send you WIPs for your adjustments and additions.
◾ Adjustments made on the sketch stage, color choices and minor edits after the sketch stage are free.
◾ If some part of commission needs to be corrected due to my mistake (for example, I missed something from the reference), I’ll fix it for free. Please inform
me about that mistake as soon as you notice it on sketch, as it can be difficult to fix later.
◾ Major/many adjustments (that are not made because of my mistakes) after the sketch stage will cost you an extra fee that will be discussed.
◾ Big adjustments made because of inaccuracy of the originally provided information will also cost you an extra fee.
◾ Do not hesitate to tell me about all changes as early as possible, because it’s hard to fix an artwork on the final stages.LICENSING:
Personal License
Every piece you purchase from me comes by default with a personal license. This will allow you to use this artwork for personal not commercial use.
You must credit me as the artist.
Commercial License
Commercial license will incur a +50% extra fee of the illustration price for indie creators.

Please do not request a Payment Plan if you do not have a regular income!PAYMENT RULES:◾ Only installments over $400 qualify for a payment plan.
◾ Half of your installment must be paid upfront within 48 hours.
◾ Payments must be made via Boosty.
◾ The remaining payment must be made within every 4 weeks, with a minimum of $200. You will be given a periodic reminders.
◾ You'll be allowed to pay more or finish the plan earlier if you want.
◾ Only when you've paid everything off, I'll send you the finished high res commission files.
◾ NO REFUNDS.
◾ If 3 weeks after you were supposed to make a payment, you have not paid and you do not respond to me, I will cancel the commission.
